WHAT ADMISSION TESTS DO THE PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMS REQUIRE? HOW CAN I GET INFORMATION ABOUT THESE TESTS?
Each professional program requires an admission test. The following list includes contact information for obtaining registration and deadline information materials.

The College of Dentistry - DDS program
Requires the Dental Admissions Test (DAT). Information can be obtained from the Division of Educational Measurements, American Dental Association, 211 East Chicago Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60611, the following website: http://www.ada.org/prof/ed/testing/dat/index.asp, or phone DAT at (312) 440-2689.

The Moritz College of Law - JD program
Requires that all applicants for admission register for the Law School Admission Test (LSAT) and subscribe to the Law School Data Assembly Service. The LSAT is offered in June, October, December, and February. Registration materials for the LSAT may be requested via http://www.lsac.org or by phoning Law Services at (215) 968-1001. Registration booklets are also available at the OSU Professional Admissions Office and the Moritz College of Law.

The College of Medicine- MD program
Requires that applicants take the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT). Information regarding the test may be obtained from MCAT Registration, The American College Testing Program, P.O. Box 4056, Iowa City, Iowa 52243 or request materials by calling (319) 337-1357. Applicants can register for the test online at http://www.aamc.org/students/mcat.

The College of Optometry - OD program
Requires that applicants take the Optometry Admission Test (OAT). A computerized version of the OAT is now available. The Optometry Admission Testing Program can be contacted at: Optometry Admission Testing Program, 211 East Chicago Ave, 6th Floor, Chicago, IL 60611-2678; (800) 232-2159

The College of Pharmacy - ELPD program
Requires that applicants take the Pharmacy College Admission Test (PCAT). Test registration booklets may be obtained from The Psychological Corporation, PSE Customer Relations-PCAT, 19500 Bulverde Road, San Antonio, TX 78259 or by calling (800) 622-3231. You may also refer to the PCAT web site at www.pcatweb.info.

The College of Veterinary Medicine - DVM program
A score from one of the following tests must be submitted: Graduate Record Examination (GRE), or the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT). Test registration booklets may be obtained from the following addresses:
