Requirements for Participation in the Academy Program
Who can participate in the Academy program?
The Ohio State Academy is limited to students who have achieved
at the highest academic levels while in high school. Admission is based on class rank, grade point average, and standardized test scores.
Additional requirements for participation:
- Students must be residents of Ohio.
- Students must reside in the home of their parent or guardian,
which must be within commuting distance of the Ohio State campus of enrollment. (On-campus housing is not available.)
The majority of students who enroll in the Academy are in the 11th
and 12th grades. Exceptional students in the 9th and 10th grades may apply for the program but must meet the same admission requirements as older students.. |
